25 July 2014 I have registered for CA under the direct entry scheme. I have 2 queries -

1.When can I write the final exam - after completion of 2 years of articleship or 2.5 years?
2.If I can write it after completion of 2 years of articleship - Do I have to complete GMCS 2 and advanced ITT before writing the exams?

25 July 2014 Is there any notification from ICAI? Because when I called the regional office they told me that I can write after 2 years. That is the reason I am confused.

25 July 2014 no that 2 years criteria was for pe-2 appss out only not for ipcc/ pcc.

25 July 2014 you need to complete Advanced ITT before the exams. however, GMCS can be completed after the exams but within the articleship period
