I have registered for ipcc in july 11 under direct entry scheme and i got my study material for may 2015 attempt. But yet i didn't completed my OT and ITT training as i didn't got my registration number. So my ques is Am i eligible for May 2015 attempt if i complete my training at the end of August or in the 1st week of sept. plz help me m vry much confused

I have three queries-

1.Whom a govt. doctor will address in his medical certificate (in which the fact regarding a rest for 3 months or more in case of a disease be mentionrd)to (The principal of the article or the ICAI)?

2.whom the latter (with a request for transfer on medical ground along with Principal Approval and Govt. Doctor Certificate)of application for transfer on medical ground should be addressed by an article (ICAI head office or concerned regional office and in either case who will be the concerned authority.If I'm from Central Region).

3.Is their any complexity involve for transfer on the same ground?

I have cleared cpt june 2014 attempt... Now i am filling ipcc registration form.. I want to give both group... But in form 6 options are given.. I don't know which one to choose With atc, without atc, with article, without article... Please help me.. I just want to give both groups..

I have completed one and a half yrs of my articleship. As I had a dispute with my principle I have taken termination and sent form 109 mentioning the reason as change of articleship. But termination form was not accepted by the institute. Mean while I have joined in another firm and sent 103 for re-registration. As form 109 was not accepted form 103 was also not accepted.
Now, as my termination was not accepted, if my former principal accepts instead of taking termination can I take transfer from the first employer to the present employer? In such case which form should I send and who will give me the final certificate of articleship?
Please suggest me sir.

I am preparing for ipcc may 2015 attempt... If i take coaching of accounts and advance accounts together .. Will there be any problem in understanding... I mean is it necessary to do advance accounts after accounts... I am preparing for both groups... Thanks in advance

i have just passed out cpt and further for ipcc registration i had a query to ask.i actually want to know,are there any benefits of passing out ipcc BOTH GROUPS in 1st attempt? does it make any difference if i refuse to go for one by one.i.e group 1 in may and group 2 in november?
please answer to this query as early as possible , as i have to do ipcc registration.

Respected sir I am sathyan from chennai.

My relative had sold a house for Rs. 30 lac in 10.12.2010 and invested the same in a canara bank on the 15.12.2010. He decided to buy a built house for around 25 to 30 lacs in chennai. He could not able to get for that said amount. then he got an offer from a promoter to built a house with a land sold by the same promoter in power of attorney. My relative also purchased the land on 22 April 2013 for Rs. 4.5 lac from power of attorney of that land and agreed to build a house in the purchased land with the promoter who is the builder in that project . he agreed to build a house for Rs. 24 lacs and signed the agreement with the builder and complete the house by Nov 2013. But the builder didnt complete within nov 2013 hence my relative didnt paid agreed due of the third - payment installment but paid Rs. 20 lacs till october 2013 as said in the agreement with the builder. Now the builder completed building and asking for excees 6 lacs (30 lacs) and said the agreement is canceled. My relative withdrawn all payment to the builder through DD from his ltcg account with canara bank. Hence i request you sir to suggest and solution to solve my relative's query
