I have cleared both groups of ipcc in nov 2013, now i am working as an article assistant under a CA Firm. I do not feel comfortable here..i tried but i cant..i want to take transfer...but i also know that my principle will not allow me for this...but i have to take it at any cost..pls help wat should i do

1.For Accounting Standards (concepts)for paper-1,
2.for study of Comapny laws & other laws,
3.for Study of Income tax, Indirect Tax for paper-4,

Can I use the WIRC Reference Mannual 2014-15 Published by ICAI?

In present, I have the past Reference Mannuals containing
1.09-10 including Questionnaire for ASs(1 to 14 applicable to paper -1),
2.11-12 including information of ASs.
3.13-14 including information with Disclosures (i.e. Accounting Treatments)

Can I use this Material also for Study the above areas?

I submit my CA-Final's Reg. Form to my home town branch. I received my original mark sheet, so the attested copy of original mark sheet is where to be submit? I should submit the same branch office or it should be posted to Regional Branch office!!! Please help me

HOW IS NEGATIVE MARKING DEDUCTED IN CA CPT
IF ONE QUESTION IS WRONG(OUT OF 10 QUESTIONS ONE IS WRONG)->>>>>>

-IS IT CALCULATED AS 10-{1*(0.25)}=9.75 OR
-AS 10-{1*(0.25)+1}=8.75

if any accumulated bank of last few yrs interest exceeds Rs 10000 on FD in a particular bank then whether TDS will be deducted or not..??
