20 September 2014 Dear Sir/Mam
I have cleared both groups of ipcc in nov 2013, now i am working as an article assistant under a CA Firm. I do not feel comfortable here..i tried but i cant..i want to take transfer...but i also know that my principle will not allow me for this...but i have to take it at any cost..pls help wat should i do

20 September 2014 Take help of your seniors in that case.Only you can deal this matter.Even options like secondment and industrial training later on ,would require approval of your current CA.

Try to solve this matter amicably.

20 September 2014 but mam...i hv to giv him a reasn which cn satisfy him...mere my unsatisfaction in dis firm is not a convincing reason for him...please suggest me something....i feel depressed in the environmnt of this firm... :(

20 September 2014 we all can sympathize with you. But unless your principal agrees there is nothing you or anyone else can do.

20 September 2014 OK,probably you are not getting good exposure in that firm thats why you feel depressed.Yes ,he will not give you transfer on this ground.
Other Expert rightly said,unless your principal agrees you can't help it out.
Still,what you can do ,is start sitting in any of your friend's firms or some relatives firms or any known person's firm for sometime which may be 2hrs a day or on weekends.You need not to register yourself under them..just learn whatever you can.This won't solve your issue completely but atleast you will cover a part of what you are lacking.Without good articleship exposure ,you may have to struggle in your intial days after qualifying CA.
