hey.. i am appearing fr cpt june15 nd just wanna know tips so dat i will score well in exam.. also macro section of economics have many data and i m getting difficulties in learning dat!! what should i do to get good score?

please confirm me whether i am eligible for industrial training or not

I'm waiting for bcom final year results..can I register now for IPCC?

I have cleared my ca final group 1 in November 2014 and have appeared for 2nd group this may 2015...shall i prefer 2 go for a job straightaway from now only or improve my communication skills for better jobs in the future ?

how should i prepare for ipcc 2nd group...shall i opt for self study or coaching is neccessary...and if self study then which books should i refer and what should be the schedule till exams including revision...please suggest..

I have received letter from institute on filing 108. It mentions that I have to file fresh 108 due to this query- following particulars are found t have been omitted/not complied with- "other activities are pending cannot terminate- permission to study." I am also pursuing M.com which I recently completed. results are pending. is this query related to that? I nowhere found in form 108 about the details of other activities. What shall I do?

I have completed IPCC in nov 2014 and joined articles in March.I wanted to prepare final on my own without going to classes because i wanted to improve skills.
so please suggest me whether it is correct or not

Dear sir/ma'am,

I have completed my articleship with extention. But my principal is not signing my forms (108, 107 and again final 108).

Now cannot even submit form 119 as it has to be submitted within 15days of completion of articleship which have already expired.

Complaining with Icai also doesn't sound a good option as they always support their members.

Are there any other options I can use to get out of this trouble.

My Query is if i am earning salary is Rs. 8,50,000/- P.A. and having side business of consultancy in Software Services gross receipts of Rs. 7,60,000/-. 1)My Question is i am liable to services tax registration ?.

If i am liable for service tax registration than on which part i have to pay services tax Salary + Consultancy or only on consultancy? .
