21 May 2015 i have received form 108, and later a letter from the institute saying i have 40days excess leave. I would like to register under a different principal but in my first year i had once taken tranfer this would result in a second tranfer. Is there no problem? what can be done about it?

22 May 2015 In first year there is no limit in transfer... and for excess leave period your can register under new CA also
