Presently i am serving as an article assistant in a delhi based firm basically i am from haridwar and this is my second year of articleship. I want to take transfer to another firm in my hometown because of some issues i am finding it hard now to manage in delhi moreover i am a single child and my parents need me to be with them. As there are certain grounds regarding transfer in 2nd year and i am not falling into any of the said grounds. So can i take transfer simply on this ground that being from another city and finding it hard to manage in delhi and family issues?

One of the client work as an software engineers in one company and his salary Rs.260000 and additional he prepare software for foriegner around Rs. 300000 per annum,so how this income shows in income tax return? Whither it is income from Business and Profession or it is income from other source? If it is income from Business and profession how to calculate taxability?

I have cleared cpt in jan 2013,i completed my bcom with 76%,but i couldnot clear any group of ipcc yet.i want to convert into direct entry scheme.if i convert into direct entry scheme in month of july 2015 then can i give exam in may2016 in old syllabus with old procidure or i have to give exam in may 2016 with new syllabus and with new procidure

My articles gets over on the 15th of Sept 2015. I would like to know the procedure to be followed. I'm aware that form 119 has to be sent to institute & principal. Also form 108 has to be sent to institution after getting sign from principal. Is there any other procedure to be followed, like letter from principal in principals letter head or copy of attendancd register, work diary, etc.

Hello sir i have dovt in accounts ipcc may 2015 question paper 4th sum from incomplete records there were 11 adjustments and 3rd adjustment i have done it wrongly other all adjustment i have done it properly will they consider other adjustment and allot marks?

I want to register this company only two person me and my brother. no any one add shareholders / director on this company.
But i want to work many different sector for ex. media, IT, consultancy. etc.
EX. DEF MEDIA company (ABC GROUP),
i want to star work on only this company (not ABC GROUP) in new Partner / Shareholders all profit are contribute on this partner and (ABC GROUP) Because i am not share profit of ABC GROUP.

Ex. JKL CONSULTANCY COMPANY (ABC Group)
