I complete my one year training my ca denied to give me transfer. I want to training in other city. my ca said that he doesn't give me transfer at any cost. He abused me. what can I do.

I'm preparing for CPT. I want to do B.Com .How to do B.Com from regular or distance .please help me . whether there will be any difficulty for me at the time of getting job..whether distance students gets less marks

i have enrolled for both modules of cs executive for june 2015. but not able to prepare 2nd module completely so i want to know that if i won't give 2nd module what will be the impact on my report card?? whether it will be counted as my one attempt as fail or not?? thanks

My friend got termination from article training within 1 year from initial joining providing service of 8 months for personal reaso. Now he wants to join again articleship training , can he join so ?
If he is eligible for the same then earlier provided services would be continued or elapsed.

I completed 1yr.9 months of articles, i read the provisions of 2nd ment, my doubt is during 2nd ment of one year i need to work at 2 CAs for a period of 6 months at each CA.
If i take secondment, may i need to terminate from my present principal & i need to register at new principal.

Sir i have downloaded ragi letter of ca final showing fees paid rs 10000 .can i transferred my articalship on its basis.
i have not received physical copy of articalship ragi letter but on my principal site it is displaying that i am ragistered under him so can i transfeer my articalship or do i need to wait till i recept of physical copy of ragi letter

I am under going articleship? How many numbers of courses can i pursue? I want to go for Mcom and CS or LLB(gen). PLease Help.

it has been said that icai is going to change the ca final syllabus my doubt is will the icai give any chance to the students to clear via old syllabus as earlier given to pe students pcc students when the course was chang ed to ipcc or everyone must n shud appear in new syllabus only

I took transfer in the 2nd year of articleship due to transfer of my father job to our native place. but i was not able to find a CA at that place for my remaining articleship. Thats why i tool articleship under a CA in another city (100 Km from my native place), where my uncle works.
i filled form 103 but institute has rejected that form saying due to transfer is allowed to your native place, you have to register under a CA of that place only.

what should i do.
