I complete my one year training my ca denied to give me transfer. I want to training in other city. my ca said that he doesn't give me transfer at any cost. He abused me. what can I do.

after one year , u need to fulfil any of the conditions given in icai rules.. also permission from principal is must dear

there is no way to take transfer without his sign on form.
