Sir, I want to know what would be the HARDSHIP in case i am not able to complete my gmcs part 2 by completion of my articleship which is going to complete on 19/11/2015 ....Whether the result could be detained as a consequence of non completion of gmcs part 2 as i am going to give november attempt?? What are the consequences please do clearly tell the hardships.

Hi,i was a student of PEII have re registrated myself into IPCC in 2010.But due to some personal problems was unable to appear to any of the attempts.Just wanted to know whether im eligible to appear in Nov15 examination.Also plz confirm upto which year im eligible to appear in IPCC examination under same registration no..Thanks

What are the conditions for entry into big4 for become CA articles trianee in big4 and a failure in 1st attempt in ipcc but got good marks in 2nd attempt in both groups can he is eligible for articleship in big4 please help me?

Hi This s wrt my freinds articleship. She has completed her articleship and has taken excess leave of 3 months. her ca principle s asking to work for 6months extra. 1.can she leave d office without princle concent as she has rreceived her articleship completion letter from institute? 2. is there any other way? 3.later in future will it be a problem? 4. are there any chances of refering ca principle in future when she joins fr job? i am in last year of aticleship i had taken leaves for my ca final exams in nov-15, my principal had sent form 109 to icai without my signature. i went to him twice he was not ready to keep me in office he said he had terminated me from articleship.i am in a big tension now, do i have to do aticleship again???can it affect my exams???what will be the consequences. please rply....

M/s. GD Bpo Services Providing the service of BPO to a British Company. I,e, Act on behalf of British company.Whether it is exempt under Service Tax? since the service recipient is outside India & the service of the BPO company has been utilised out of India & getting money in foreign currency.

i.e. M/s. Ram is an Invidual has received the service tax from april to June 15.Now he has to make the payment.How should he pay the amount? i.e. in a single challan(for April 15- June 15)? or April & May in a challan & June in another one challan?
