The rule is that we can register with ICAI only within a month of starting articleship,under the new scheme.
How can we start studying before we get the study material from ICAI,which is issued only when we register? The time gap between getting results and starting articleship cannot be wasted !

i want to ask that while calculating tds under any section when is surcharge taken in rate....? pls quote with eg...

Does a CA hold up Articled clerk's certificates during the articleship period?

Sir, I cleared CPT and currently preparing for PCC . But I am still not yet admitted for B.com(special)(IGNOU) as I feared that if this degree is not accepted by many companies, industries etc . please advice. In addition to this , I would also wish to pursue CS along with CA. In this regards, I would like to be very clear that as it is mandatory to do pratical training for fifteen months after executive programme(inter)(CS), Will this training be included in three and half years articled training(CA) or shall I have to spend extra years for the CS practical training seperately . Please clarify.

Is the CA Final New Course substantialy different from CA Final Old Course i m worried for taking admission in CA Final New Course becouse there is No reference Text Books Published in the market exept the institute Study Material?

i am 28yrs old, i am working from past 9yrs as accountant, i did my graduation in the evening colleage.i have a dream to become a CA.i have cleared my CPT Nov 2007 1st attempt.

i am confused as a people are suggesting that it may be a wrong decision to do CA due to age factor.

my question is to KAPIL G THOKRE IN MY PREVIOUS QUESTION I HAD ASKED U ABOUT PCC REGISTRATION I.E (my frd has passed cpt inmay 2007 n he got pass certificate also but he has failed 10+2. i had asked u can he register after passing 10+2 n u have said that he can register now by giving assuranc that he will clear his 10+2 n u had asked when he is going to apper 10+2) he is going to apper 10+2 in march .he has got 78 PERCENT OF MARKS IN 10+2 N HE HAS FAILED IN 1 SUBJECT IS THIS WILL BE ENOUGH FOR ASSURANCE THAT HE WILL CLEAR HIS 10+2.
