Sir how can i file a clients return from chennai when his return is to be submitted in a different place suppose in delhi or bangalore. is there any provision to file it by postal after being e-filed than can i get acknowlgement for that. what are the matters to be taken for that

HI, I AM A STUDENT OF PE-2 I HAD TRIED 4 ATTEMPTS BUT DONT CLEARED IN ANY GROUP. PLZ TELL ME ANYONE HOW TO FIGHT SO THAYT I CLEARED MY GROUP

Is there any recent notification regarding allowing of breaking in working hours of an article trainee ?

Earlier, students passing PE2, had to wait for 3 yrs to sit for Final. (the 2.5 years rule cleverly extended to cover 3 yrs). Then from 2006, it became 2 yrs, so a student could sit for Final aftr 2 yrs and a few months in the Final Attempt.
BUT What abt now? Now, PE2 students who passed in Nov07 & who will pass in May08 will have to wait again for 3 years for Final, as they r gettin into the New Final scheme.
PE2 May2008. Result- July2008
2 and half yrs get completed in Jan 2011. So, thus Final attempt will b in May 2011. So, a cool 3 yrs is snatched by ICAI.
But, a PE2 student who will pass in May and will get registered in the New Final, will he/she get into the 3 years articleship or 3 & 1/2 yrs articleship?

What if the principal refuses to execute form 109? please tell me the procedure to make complaint to the ICAI.

I HAVE LOST MY 6 MONTHS IN ARTICLESHIP.
I HAVE DONE MY ARTICLESHIP FOR A PERIOD OF 7 MONTHS AND 13 DAYS. AFTER THAT I HAVE LOST 6 MONTHS DUE TO SOME PROBLEMS.
NOW I AM GETTING REGISTERED UNDER NEW EMPLOYER WITH THE NEW FIRM. WHEN WILL I BE ELIGILE TO APPEAR FOR THE FINAL EXAMS. WILL THE PRESENT SCHEME OF COMPLETING 2.6 MONTHS APPLY TO ME THE SCHEME OF 2 MONTHS WILL APPLY.

Dear Sir,

I have given my PE2 Exams in Nov 2007. I have cleared it with good marks too. Know i want to start my articlesip but i dont have my certificate for complition of my compulsory computer trainning i have completed my trainning and only Exams are pending. The exams are pending from Aptech Institute from Nov 07 till date. Know i am facing problem for my registration as i dont have that certificate. The last date for registration is 30th April. What should i do?
