Dear Sir/Mam Can anyone tell me whether the proposed changes in the Articleship Regulations that is likely to come in like : a) Restriction on taking transfer from the present principal before 6 months of completion of articleship. b) Restriction on intra city transfers.
Are the above two restrictions likely to come into force or are these just rumours ? and if these proposals are likely to come into effect what is the likely date of these new regulations coming into force?
