I G Ramesh babu MM No 78587(Hyderabad),completed my CA Inter in Nov 1999 exams and registered for CA Final course,got the material also, No attempt was given till to date.

Now i was realised and decided to continue my studies i.e., CA Final in new syllabus since iam not having that much courage to write in old syllabus.

kindly suggest me what is the procedure for updating my studentship,procedure for getting CA Final course new syllabus study material and cost for thatand procedure for getting SRO Number Etc.,

if we organise event for the other company and arrange other company for the same purpose so what rate of tds should be deducted as a contractor or as a profeesion. give me suitable and valid reason for it due to audit purpose becoz company is deducting TDS as a contrators.

How many leave an article can take during his articleship. how much is the minimum attendence for 3 years articleship period so as to complete articleship on time.

my Final exam attempt in Nov 2008.

so i want know about articalship leave.
till date i avail 45days leave,
so i want know how much leave provided during the articalship period (3 Year)

i am a ca student cleared my cpt and ready for articleship training.i got a firm ready to give me articleship training but the problem is they have asked me to select one field i.e. auditing or taxation or advisory.i am not able to understand what to choose and why?

our company has purchase a software from america and send the dollars. what should be the rate of purchase i booked in the books. rate of remittance certificate getting from C.A. or rate of purchase invoice date. and rate of clear should be flucution in the books of account.

for eg.
pucchase bill date: 8 dec amt $33600

Amt in the remittance certificate $33600*40.15=1349040/-

Payment out from the bank $33600*40.13=1348648.90

it is correct tratment?
diiference between 1349040 & 1348648.90 should be charged fluecution as an expenses in the books of account

Kindly let me know whether the Amendments made to indirect taxes in the Finance Act 2008 is applicable to November 2008 CA Final Examination.

Further for Nov'08 Exam amendments upto which date will be applicable

can STT deducted on the redemption of mutual fund can be claimed as an expenes in the books. and dividend rece. on it is exempt. fron tax?

plz tell me that my books of account is showing the value of investment Rs, 501471/- but as per bank portfolia it is Rs. 1104571/- how can i adjest these difference( it may be for reinventment of dividend and STT)

Hi everyone I have joined PE –II based on graduation ( NOT from PE 1/ foundation/ CPT) , but could not clear the exam till now can anyone help me on following

1) Can I convert to PCC ,

2) If yes , is it with Article ship or without Article ship

3) If With Article ship, when will be my Attempt for PCC.

4) And what is total duration of article ship , when can I expect my final exam ( I know I have to clear PCC first , I just want to have a idea )

5) If without Article ship when will be my attempt , and the duration of article ship , when can I expect my final !!

Moreover I have called Nodia (board of studies) they told me that institute is giving two more attempts in old syslabus(i.e PE-II) ONLY FOR STUDENTS FROM GRADUATION AND NOT OTHERS ... i.e Nov 08 & May 09.

Please Give me reply , so that I need to intimate to my company about my resignation !!

Please Guide me what procedure should I adopt for remembering the Case Laws of Corporate Laws, Direct Taxes & Indirect Taxes?

Is each & every Case Law to be mugged up? Or are their any publications in the market which give extensive exam oriented coverage for the Case Laws?
