pls tel me wthr articleship can be pursued outside india say in dubai,bahrain.....does the institute specifically says that articleship should be done within india?

yes, u can pursue articleship outside india. recently institute has allowed it. but remember it will be only under a member of institute only. means if a member have branch in abroad with due permission from icai, then u can do articleship under him.
