I am in the first year of articleship and had requested for transfer 2 months ago.Initially my principal refused but now he is ready to sign Form 109 under the condition that I repay him the excess stipend received as compared to the Institute's guidelines.

I have worked on an average for 48 hours per week which is in excess of the stipulated 35 hours as prescribed by the Institute.

Is the principal allowed to claim excess stipend paid inspite of making me work for more than 35 hours per week?

Dear sir, I already completed my 22 months of articles, my question is can i take termination before completion of my artilceship and join under New CA.?

For that me and my principle should write a letter to ICAI institute.

Please tell me whether my principle should write letter to institue on letter head of firm or on plain paper is enough??

I want to whether i am eligible for paper wise exemption as per new syllabus.I have appeared in december 2014 in first module of cs executive (first attempt) and secured 75 marks in cost and management subject and more than 25% marks in other subjects of first group.Due to some reasons i had not been able to appear in june 2015,can i still be eligible for exemption in december 2015 for cost and management subject.Hoping for your quick rply.Thanku
