hello sir i have joined the ca course on the basis of graduation in aug 1999.but i have not cleard any of the group till may 2008.i still want to continue my ca course so i want to know that what may 2008 is my last attempt or i am eligible next extended two attempt of pe ii upto may 2009.
if may 2008 is my last attempt in pe ii then what i do to continue.

I REGISTERED FOR MY PCC ON 11TH OF APRIL 2008..AND IM DOING MY SECOND YR b.COM ( DAY COLLEGE 8.00-1.30 )..AS PER THE RULE OF THE INSTITUTE I CANT CONTINUE MY COLLEGE OTHERWISE I CANT CONTINUE MY ARTICLESHIP

i am sandeep and i hav done CA inter in 2007. now a days i start CS and my attempt will be due in december 2008 if i'll send all my 18 assignments before 31 aug. 2008. but i hav some problems so that i can't prepare my assignments before the due dates. so anyone plz help me and send me the assignment of CS to save my 6 months.

As I am outside my home town I used to study form the Cd but now it is affected by virus.

Hello Every body could anybody tell me regarding the tds on dividend.Whether tds on dividend is get deducted or not

as per sec.25AA no deduction(30%) is allowed in respect of arrears of rent of previous years received in current year

as per sec.25B deduction(30%) is allowed in respect of arrears of rent of previous years received in current year

both sections are contradictory,which is correct

is deduction of 30% allowed if arrears of rent is received
