Can we revise the TDS return filed quarterly / annualy . If yes pls clarify the time limit for filing of revised return.

hi myself swati, i want to appear pcc examination of may2009. i am student of s.y.bcom. till date i not start my study properly can you suggest me way for studing in good manner. second thing is my boss is too much streek he not allow me leave more than 2 months in such case what can i do? pls give me your sugessions. thanking you & regards.

Eg.

In Law paper

Total Questions are 9

Quesn no 1, 2 & 3 are compulsory & any 4 from the rest, i.e. 4 from remaining 6 (Total: questions to be solved is 7 from 9)

Now after answering the first 3 questions correctly, if I answer 5 questions from remaining 6, but in that 2 questions are partially right.

In such a case amongst the 2 questions which are partially right, which one would be considered as my 7th answer

The one which is more correct or the one which is written first

& In the 1st page of answer sheet should I tick all the 8 questions which I have attempted.

The query is the same for Audit & F.M paper.

Kindly reply, those who are sure of this.

I am Raja Kondaveeti aspirant of CA course. I got registered with ICAI and cleared CA Foundation in 2001 and subsequently undergone articles training for 3 years. I have not appeared for CA Inter or PE - II examinations till now.

Please advice me on whether I am eligible for registering myself for PCC scheme and also for the PCC examination to be held in May 2009. Your response is highly important.

I am in S.Y.Bcom. I am doing my articleship. So I don't attend college lectures. College rules require 75% attendance but I had attend only 1% of it.
They will not allow me to sit for the exams. So what to do? What reasons should I tell them so I can sit for the exams?


Answer: Submit A Medical Certificate And U Will Be Allowed To Sit In Exams.
