02 September 2008 Can we revise the TDS return filed quarterly / annualy . If yes pls clarify the time limit for filing of revised return.

02 September 2008 yes ,we can revise the etds return filed earlier and time limit is not specified but we should not file it later than end of A.y related to previous year to which tds return relates so that purpose of the revised return may not be defeated ..
