Sir,I have completed two years of my articles by Dec 2014. Then I took termination because if health issues. Now I want to take my final exams..and also I want to take job.after how many months I can take job as my articles are incomplete.??

Respected Sir/Madam I would like to get a suggestion regarding exams to be conducted. What are the options for a student who has become incapable of writing exam..?? My friend met with an accident n got her right hand fractured. She was completely ready for exams but due to this reason now her doctor has advised her to not to give this attempt as she would not be able to write. This has happened to her 2nd time. Her initial attempt was in May 15. Even at that time just 15 days before exams she met with an accident and got a fracture in right hand. Now again during coming attempt (Nov-15), she has again got a fracture. Kindly give some suggestion, whether we can take help of a writer and if so what is the procedure..?? Waiting for your quick response!!

What is the way to give answer of the CA exam papers i.e. we should always start with question 1 only and go in straight sequence or start with answering those which we can answer better and accordingly attempt paper ....

I am attempting 2nd type of giving answer strategy but i think its not working and causing reduction of marks

I downloaded my hall ticket for ipcc exams to be held in nov 2015. I noticed that my signature is only half visible on the hall ticket."Candidates signature" is printed on my signature. Is there any problem if my sign is not properly visible on the hall ticket??

I m working in a small Ca Firm (Through Direct Entry Scheme).
Completed 8 months of articeship.
Work in that firm is legal type as my principal's wife is a lawyer and my principal has not much work to do at most 30 to 40% work I do as in CA firm and remaining I have to do the legal work.
I am only the article there no other articles.
I want to drop CA course cancel my registration as my principal is not ready to sign Termination form.

Please tell me the procedure to drop the course/cancel my registration number.
