Query:

Has the student been qualified for obtaining membership certificate?
Or he has to pass the Group-I of CA Final afresh under the new scheme?

This confusion arises due to the fact that the student passed one group of CA Final under old scheme and the other group under new scheme.

Hi every one i have cleared my CPT exam in this December 2008. now institute says that there is a new course IPCC and we have to join that. But my friends are of the opinion that joining the old PCC is better than IPCC, im totally confused....... i dont know what to do... please help me out... Actually which is Better IPCC or PCC????????? Please explain why... ???....

I have cleared my CA Final Grp I 3 years back.I still have the Grp II to clear. I was out of touch with CA and its syllabus & exam changes for the past three years. I recently heard that Nov 2009 will be the last for those appearing for CA final in the old course and that if i dont clear my CA final grp II by Nov 2009 i will have to appear for both grps according to the new syllabus. Pls guide me. Pls pls pls guide me.

There is a lot of talks about the postponement of MAY 2009 Final exams due to elections.If someone knows the schedule for may attempt, please do let me know so that it will be a great help in planning my studies.

I have repeatedly seen the leave entitlement for final students being referred as around 180 days (1/6th of period served). however, regulations state actual leave taken should be reduced before calculating one sixth..... so does this mean exam leave taken is to be first reduced and then one sixth taken?? If yes, then is the excess leave, if any, calculated this way, become the basis for supplementary articles?

My name is Akash Soni.I passed CPT exams held in June,2008 with 70%.Now I am doing PCC.I have been registered as an articled assistant w.e.f. 30-09-2008.
I want to ask you that if I switch over from PCC to IPCC will I be allowed for a nine month break.Whether it depends on my will?
Now I want a nine moth break.But if my C.A.does not allow me for it then what should I do?
I want to ask you that has the institute made a compulsory rule that if a student wants to shift from PCC to IPCC then his/her C.A. has to allow him for a nine month break.
Or it depends on my C.A's discretion.

I had got Assignmenbt papers of only 3 subjects out of 6; along with my books.
I want to download them; but when i click Students>>Assignment at www.ignou.ac.in; they show assignment of @007-08 which has already been expired.
