We have paid service tax however instead of paying under Manpower service category we have paid under BAS.

What are the implication of the same,

1. can Cenvat taken be disallowed for the same ?

2. Is there any penalty for the same ?

3. Any other implications ?

Hi, I am a PCC student. I want to convert to IPCC. And also I have completed 19 months period of articles . Will my articles be counted if convert from PCC to IPCC.?

And can I continue remaining period of my articles after clearing group one in IPCC?
