I am Pratik Thakkar n I have registered myself with the ICAI for CPT examination of june 2011 attempt. I alongside also plan to finish my graduation course (T.Y.B.COM) and I am currently in the 12th standard. I wanted to ask if i can also appear for the foundation program (fp) of CS, the exam of which will also be held in june-2011. Please reply at ur earliest.

I gave my second attempt in CA final Old course in MAY 2010 but could not clear 2nd grp.(Passed 1st grp in first attempt). This time MICS let me down.I m shattered by this result.

I have seen many students getting Exemption in MICS & IDT but i couldnt. Suggest me on these 2 subjects.

which book is best 4 thorough conceptually understanding of Costing CA Final(other than Padhuka)? Pls Reply early.

Please read the following sitution

in a partnership Firm (CA Firm) their is 5 ca partner and they work togather in thae name xyz & co. since last 3 years. one day institute remove 1 partner`s name out of 5 partner for 6 month.

Now my query is this that firm (xyz & co.) is required to be Dissolved or not ?

if anyone not give exam whether it will be counted for 3 exemption given in the subject

if someone goes on audit and travelling distance is of 4 hrs then is travelling hours also included in working hours.
my office is at karol bagh i live in dev nagar and it takes only 10 minutes to reach office but i have to go for a audit at faridabad for 2 month and on travelling i spent 4hrs,2hrs in one way.is this 4 hrs also included in working hours.

if we are going for outstation audit for some days then working hours is 24 hours of a day or not.

i would like to know how to alocated pre-operative income in fixed assest register. im making fixed assest register for hotel .

hey guys i have lost once in final new course this time.......n that also i passed every subject but i aggregate couldnt make it....n i dint scored much in theory subjects......so please suggest me how to prepare for the theory n provide me with the tips to score good specially in paper 3&4 of first group and paper 2 of second group!!!!!!!!please give ur lil time to me n suggest.......thanx in advance
