I recently uploaded my affidavit for discontinuance of CA stating that i am discontinuing the course and was joining employment, now ICAI has asked me to give employer consent letter. I am in a dilemma that which employer consent has to be given whether my CA's or the one where i am joining the employment. Please Help. Thank You. and i had already uploaded my principal's signed consent letter, & what should be the content of consent letter?

I have posted a query under GST Category regarding Gst Registration requirement. But it shows "Your query has been posted. Will start displaying after moderation".
Again I have reposted my query under Sam category by modifying it's subject. But it again shows the same message.
I have waited for so long for that query to start displaying but it is not showing.

I read that one cannot do CA articleship with Graduation as regular student from long distance. But, CAN A PRIVATE CATEGORY STUDENT IN B.COM DO HIS CA ARTICLESHIP? If yes, is there any rule that there should be some minimum distance between the college and the CA firm?

I registered for CA inter from direct route for which I'm not eligible at all. As per the ICAI ticket solution resubmit the application with request to reject. So i want to know how can I reject my application so that I can find CPT route form.
I have 2 days left for registration.

I would like to clarify some doubt regarding Rental Income received by an Individual from his commercial complex .
i.e. Mr. Venu already running a business in the name of JK Printing & registered with GST .
Now as per latest amendment in GST ,all the (commercial properties )persons should collect GST on rental Income .
Whether the Individual has to collect the GST along with Rental Income In the above case as he has already registered with GST but he has executed the rental agreement in his personal Name ?
Some one says as the property and the individual business are not connected the GST on Rental Income may be subject to RCM .
Which one is correct?

Does articleship excess leaves taken affect the ca final attempt due. Please help.

Hi,
I had completed my articleship in 2016 but completion certificate not received as I didn't submitted form 112 at that time. Later in may 2021 i paid penal fees and submitted the pending form which status is still in process.
Today when i tried applying CA final exam Nov 22 attempt, i got an error "your articleship status is registered inactive, you will be provided with provisional enrollment reason".
What does it mean, am i eligible to give an attempt or not. Please help

Hi, I am CA final (old) ,took a break of 4 yrs & last month converted to new final course. Paid Rs 1000. Heard i will get books after applying for conversion but not yet received anything. Don't know how to proceed & whom to connect with. Could you please let me know how should I proceed with & what should I do further.
