16 August 2022 How to edit gender in ssp portal ..I am fenale but in ssp portal its showing male..

06 July 2024 To edit the gender in the SSP (Self Service Portal), follow these steps:

1. **Login to SSP Portal:** Log in to the SSP Portal using your credentials.

2. **Navigate to Profile Section:** Once logged in, look for a section or tab related to your profile information. This is typically found under a "Profile" or "Personal Information" section.

3. **Edit Profile Information:** In the profile section, there should be an option to edit personal details such as name, date of birth, gender, etc.

4. **Update Gender:** Find the field where your gender is displayed (currently showing as male) and click on the edit or update button next to it.

5. **Save Changes:** Update your gender to female and save the changes. Ensure that all other personal information is accurate and up to date.
