Hi, I am CA final (old) ,took a break of 4 yrs & last month converted to new final course. Paid Rs 1000. Heard i will get books after applying for conversion but not yet received anything. Don't know how to proceed & whom to connect with. Could you please let me know how should I proceed with & what should I do further.

To convert to the new CA Final course, follow these steps:
1. Confirm the conversion process by receiving a confirmation email from ICAI.
2. Check the ICAI Self-Service Portal (SSP) to see if the study material has been dispatched.
3. Contact ICAI via email, phone, or regional office for any queries.
4. Download the study material from the ICAI BOS Knowledge Portal and select the Final Course.
5. Join online classes or coaching to cover the updated syllabus efficiently.
6. Create a study plan covering all subjects, practice mock tests, and connect with peers and mentors on social media platforms.
A sample email to ICAI regarding the study material dispatch can be found below. By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the issue with your study material and get back on track with your CA Final preparation.
