The Institute has given all the students of CA Final (Existing Course) an option to switch over to the New Course on payment of certain fee. I have taken the exam 4 times till date and have to clear it yet. I have an exemption in MAFA and am presently pondering about the following:
1. Should I switch over to the New Course? What would be the benefits? The only one I can think of is that I can keep myself abreast with the latest developments than studying the dated syllabus of Existing Course. I have refered the New Course material and am comfortable with it.
2. Will I be eligible for an exemption in a subject in the New Course parallel to MAFA?

Please inform me For PCC,which which books should i buy-for all subjects.All books are available in Kolkata?

Is it enough to study books ,provided by the board of studies for IPCC or to go for other reference book?
If needed ,please suggest the appropriate books.

Presently we are having 4% Cumulitive
Redeemable Preference Shares, now we want to convert these shares into normal preference shares.

As per section 106 rights attached to the class of shareholders can be varied with the written consent of the 3/4th of that class.

so can any one send me the draft consent letter to be obtained form the shareholders to vary the rights. (presently preference shares are cumulative now we want to convert it into non cumulative shares)
