HOW CAN I PREPARE FOR EXAM(IPCC G-1) FOR NOV ATTEMPT?

I Have passed CA PCC and i want to give final exam in may 2011, but i m not a graduate yet, so m i eligiable for CA Final?

I Cleared my IPCC. now my final attempt is in nov 2012.
should i start preparing for finals from now?

also should i register for finals now only?

I have cleared 1st group of P.C.C in May 2010. I appeared for both groups but did not clear the 2nd group. I wanted to ask how to prepare for the 2nd group as everyone is telluing me that the 2nd group is tougher to pass individually. Also please say how I should plan my study schedule from now?

I want to know what is the procedure for taking industrial training. How much stipend should be given to me if i undergo industrial training? I am living in punjab so can u pls tel me which are the companies which are aproved by icai for imparting industrial training in punjab?
