I Cleared my IPCC. now my final attempt is in nov 2012.
should i start preparing for finals from now?

Yes definitely, the early you start, the early it is better. Plan properly your self study and coachings.
Also, its good to register for finals now, so that you can get material and can also plan your study and coaching , if required.
