Can an order passed by AO in pursuance of directions issued by DRP u/s 144C be revised by CIT by invoking revisionary powers u/s 263 if such directions were prejudicial to the interest of the revenue.

I hav to give november attempt 2010, please give me guidelines how to start effective studies immediately as i did not give much attention towards my studies along with coachings and articleship.
the moment i start studing i feel the heaviness of cource content of all subjects i hav to cover in such short time... pls sir give any way to handle the situation before its too late.

sir i had just cleared PCC in may 2010 and my attempt for final is in nov 2010 and i had decided to go for the first group of FINAL plz suggest me how to prepare for that without classes?

I have got Exemption in all papers of Group 2 in P.E. II in May 2010 exam. i.e.
Costing - 62 , Tax - 66, Info. Tech - 63.

whether I get the benefit of above marks in aggregation in IPCC Exam.

e.g. IPCC Group I = Marks in Paper 1(Min.40) + Paper2(Min.40) + 62 Marks
(costing) + 66 (Income Tax ) = 200 or more marks
&
IPCC Group II = Marks in Paper 5 (Min.40) + Paper 6 (Min.40) + 63 Marks
of (Info Tech.) = 150 or more marks.*
&
IPCC both Group = Paper 1 + Paper 2 + 62 Marks + 66 Marks + Paper 5 +
Paper 6 + 63 Marks = 350 or more Marks.

Is above options are available for me ?

Plz help i have passed in 1st group in PE-2 and one paper exemption in Income tax on Nov'2008. My marks is as below In first Group:

1.Accounts-60
2.Auditing-46
3.Bussiness Law-45

and 60 in income tax on Nov2008

If i convert in IPCC how many marks we have to optain for pass in both Group in IPCC.
Kindly advice as clearly.
