1st) Whether affix of chartered firm stamp is manadatory???????

2nd) My articleship period is going to be completed on 23rd september 2010. My principle under which my articleship is undergoing has resigned as partner from the firm 1 month back but not surrender his COP. now senior partner told me you need not to take 109 you will get 108. now the main problem is that my examination form has been signed by my principle but senior partner has told me to submit the form without affix the firm stamp since he is no more partner in the firm. Please help me in this regard..........

i had just filled the online exam form for ca final and took the printout.it says on the second page that the photo is to be certified by the PRINCIPAL.i completed my articleship in chennai and now staying in my native place.do i have to go to my principal to the signature or can any member of icai do it? pls help

HI I HAVE GOT 52 IN LAW, ETHICS AND COMMUNICATION IN MAY PCE,2010. I HAVE BEEN ENCOUNTERING THE SAME PROBLEM OF NOT BEING ABLE TO COMPLETE THE PAPER AND MISSING 20-25 MARKS IN THE PROCESS. PLEASE SUGGEST WHETHER I SHOULD START THE QUESTION PAPER FROM BACKWARDS, AS I AM ABLE TO ATTEMPT THE 60 MARKS SECTION VERY WELL BUT DUE TO LACK OF MANAGEMENT, THE LAST 40 MARKS ARE NOT ATTEMPTED TO MY FULL SATISFACTION. while paying exam fee online only some banks net banking or Debit card are acceptable and what abt the people those who are having account in another banks.
