I have given CS Executive Programme in June 2010, I had appeared for both the groups.
I have cleared in First Group, and in II group my marks are as follows:

Company Law 64
Eco & Labour Law 65
Securities Law 21

My question is that as i scored 60 above in 2 subjects will i get exemption for this not?

2.kya cpt or ipcc ke reg. letter me parents name 10th marksheet ke anusar hone chahiye?
3.agar dono ques. ke ans yes hai to mujhe eske liye kya karna hoga?
4.sir,meri sari mehnat per pani to nahi firega na,me jindagi se niras ho chuki hun.

how many leaves can a article student take in the total period of 3 years? is it 183 days or 1/6 of period served which ever is less?

I have cleared PE-II Examination in May 2007 , thereafter didn't take admission in IT Training.

I have also cleared ICWA in 2004 and working in managerial position in one of the MNC for quite some time.

I am not desirous of pursuing pure Articleship (Full time).Part Time option can be considered.

I mean that the only amendment made by Finance Act 2009 will be relevant for Nov.2010 Exam. or not ??
