30 August 2010 sir, i want seconment from the my principal
but he refuse me to give the secondment.
plz help what can i do in this matter.

31 August 2010 According to me the only solution is --- have a sound and humble chat with your principal regarding your problem. Try and convince him about the need for secondment.
