Whether CA's are responsible for Indian economy down trend

Dear Sir/madam,
I would like to know whether an auditor is responsible for down trend in Indian economy or formation of Black Money in India.
Is all we do is to help our client in evading taxes from the government or to guide them to pay the tax.

CA's don't guide to the client for tax evasion. The Chartered's only tell the clients the tax benefits which the government provides them.
If govt want to give any exemption to the any particular area for it's development that the CA are the person who clear the details of exemption to the clints.
