pls let me know how can i make a schedule to clear CPT in this december. i am also giving CS EXE grp 2 attempt this dec. so how much Hours study will be required to clear CPT taking into the fact i also have to prepare and giv etime to CS grp 2.

I need a help.
One of our client doing business of courrier. His recept around 1.35crore. He take parssel fro compenys & other Small Collectore, Whom he made Payment after that. & give those to DTDC courrier services. He has Frenchies of DTDC. My Question is is he is liable to deduct TDS fro those small collectore who give them parresol & generate bill on my client???
Please help as soon as possible.

For the purpose of due dates of payments of Service tax, ESI, PF and tds which date is considered ,
the date when payment is made
or
the date on which the cheque is cleared or payment is realised????

and the date on challan is considered as what?

I am registering for CA course for this december attempt in addition to the enclosures that require attestation by a gazetted officer or CA i want to know whether the CPT registeration form requires any attestation or not ???


A CA authorised to attest these enclosures should be a practicing CA or CA in employnment ????
