Can a student who starts training takes transfer before 6 months........?

i cleared my ipcc attempt in may2010 & i registered myself for ca final ie dd of Rs12000/-
but i didnt collect study material yet,till when can i delay my collection.
i got reistered in augest 2010 for may 2013 attempt.

My friend has completed Graduation through
Distance directly after his 10th Class.He hadn’t done Inter after 10th Class. He wants to do C.A. (Chartered Accountant)

Our Query is:
 Is he eligible to write CPT?
 Is he eligible to do C.A.?

Please clarify the above.

One of my friend is PE-2 Qualified and joined articles where i joined.

Now he want to transfer his articles to another auditor.

Is there any procedure to transfer the articles for PE-2 students.

If yes please explain the procedure.

He completed the 1 and half year of articles.

ONE OF MY FRIEND TOLD THAT RECENT NOTIFICATIONS IN INCOME TAX TILL APRIL 2010 IS APPLICABLE FOR NOVEMBER10 PCC EXAM IS IT TRUE OR WHAT WAS APPLICABLE IN MAY 10 EXAM ONLY IS APPLICABLE FOR NOVEMBER 10 EXAM....
