old registration-Applicability of new Final course

I was registered in 1987 and cleared my Inter in 1998 and registered as CA Final student in 1999.
In June 2009,I had attempted CA Final 2nd Group but not succeed.
Old course is only up to Nov.2010
Now what is the procedure for May 2011 I shall follow for attempting new course CA Final exams.
Please advise.

Rate of service tax in case of price revision due to escalat

Rate of service tax in case of price revision due to escalation.
What will be applicable rate when services were provided in 2007 but price revision took place in 2010 the rate charged by auditee is 10.3 %, SHOULDN’T IT be 12.36% rate of 2007? The services were provided during the contract
Please clarify, (please mention section no. or notification no. if possible)
