I last appeared in CA final upto may 1999, and now I want to appear for the same again in nov 2011,

Please advise whether i need to re register with institute for final Examination or i need to fullfill other formalities

if so what are the formalities

i have just clear cpt exam held in june 2011.now i am appearing for ipcc may 2012.including this iam also appearing for b.com(hons)side by side in may2012.i want to know how i manage my time and whats your advise either to give both the groups or to give only group-1

If an assessee is constructing residential property (Flats) and intends to sell them after construction as a one time activity only,the income or loss from such activity would be taxable under which head? Income From Business & Profession OR Income From Capital Gains?
