I last appeared in CA final upto may 1999, and now I want to appear for the same again in nov 2011,

Please advise whether i need to re register with institute for final Examination or i need to fullfill other formalities

if so what are the formalities

25 July 2011 You write a letter to the director of Studies of your Region as more than 5 years have lapsed. Only on their permission you can proceed. The letter should be given with full details of your article training with number etc.
