If in a partnership deed written about Interest on capital. Then the partnership firm achieve 80000 as profit. Then came a Interest on loan 40000. And calculated Interest on capital is 50000. Then how it will be treated?

I had recently cleared ipcc, I want to know whether that we can manage time in bombay for articleship and ca-final coaching purpose.
And also that what is the difference between the articleship in a small city and meteros, and the articleship matter's as a reference for the purpose of job............?????

i have competed my articleshp training and i will submitted form 108 for late so i have late submission of this form and rs.100 penalty..so plz tell me that whose name the draft should be drawn.

Registration Fees of CA Final is incresing from 8500 to 20000 From Nov. 2011 , It`s true ?..
I am a student of PCC and passed One Group and taken Exemption in Taxation , My Ca Final Freinds said me that Registration Fees Incresed to 20000 From November.

when the icai wl display list regarding of students whose marks changed but no impact in their results or have secured exemption or who have cleared their one or both groups at present they had displayed names of students whose marks have not beeen changed

i have posted my examination form to icai bhawan for nov. 2011 but i forget to sign it.
what are the procedures i need to follow to solve this grievience...

Please help me in regards of preparation schedule for my CA Final november 2011 exams.

I had given May 2011 exam wherein i got
exemption in law. so i've got to give 7 papers now....

My Registration Number and Date of Birth is not match with the Institute's record, thats whay I am unable to create Email-Id on ICAI site and filling the online Examination form. I convert from PCC to IPCC on 12th August,2011, but my record is not match either in PCC or in IPCC. Please guide me.

What should be the name on the DD for CA final registration? Is it "The Secretary,The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India". Please reply. Thanks in advance.
