i have posted my examination form to icai bhawan for nov. 2011 but i forget to sign it.
what are the procedures i need to follow to solve this grievience...

Since this is a unique case better call to the regional council and ask for the remedial action.

write a mail to final exam helpline or write to esahaayta

Write as letter to the examination department for the mistake and ask them how to rectify. Also send email as well as the hard copy.
