Now I am doing my articleship under provisions(rules)framed by the ICAI Act.Actually i was articleship registration done as on 22-08-2011, and i was completed my IPCC both groups as on may 2011.now i will eligible for final attempt on nov 2013. please clarify

Hi Experts,
I just went through the recent cirular by ICAI regarding CPT exemption.
As per the circular BCOM and MCOM guys having 55% in aggregate are exempt from CPT.
Non commerce graduates and PGs having 60%in aggregate are also exempt.
My question is am I exempt from CPT
I have -54% in BCOM and have done MBA in finance having 75% in aggregate.
Since I am a BCOM graduate and have scored less than 55% to avail exemption, can the institute consider my MBA score to exempt me from CPT or in this case only BCOM percentage will be considered instead of MBA.

I seek your opinion.

i have taken ipcc group 1 exams and cleared that. kindly tell me if there is any chance or any way to improve my score in it means any improvement exams or so.....

plz help me out !i am really depressed. i flunk my ipcc exams twice.i was really expecting to clear group -1 at least for may 2012 attempt but flunk again!! now i am left with only 2 months to prepare . i want to give a last shot. major problem with me is that i cannot study for 10-12 hrs a day!! plz suggest me some enthusiastic and fun tricks to make my studies more interesting and successful . plz share me your study schedules and study techiques and tips to prepare for examination. THIS IS MY LAST CHANCE!!

I am doing CS along with CA, form 112 is required to be filled but how will be the employer to sign that form ?
Note:I have not started CS articleship
