I heard rumour of changes in IT subject , that's why I am asking ?

I have completed my 1 and a half years of training and now i seek transfer on the grounds that i want 2 go back to my home town, i have completed my gratuation from another city in which i was doing articleship....
please guide me the procedure for tranfer for the above mentioned reason.
please experts reply as soon as possible.

hello..i am a cs final student registering for ca under direct entry scheme.do i have to pay rs.2000 for articled registration fee alongwith ipce registration fees i.e., rs.9000 or can it be paid later on when joining training on clearance of ipce.

WHY DONT ICSI AND ICWAI PEOPLE DONT ALLOW IPCC CLEARED STUDENTS DIRECTLY TO ATTEMPT CS EXECUTIVE OR THEIR RESPECTIVE INTER LEVELS...???? as OUR ICAI ALLOWING CS-EXECUTIVE OR CWA-INTER CLEARED STUDENTS DIRECTLY TO ATTEMPT IPCC ..............................
