Transfer of articleship to dubai

my freind he is in 2 nd year of articeship now. He wanted to do his rest of articleship in DUBAI. What is the conditions inorder to get tranfer??? Is transferee branch should have a branch in india?? please help me out sir

Enquiry about registration documents

i have registered for ipcc direct entry and with that graduation's statement of marksheet is attested by college and chartered accountant. so i want to know that the documents i have send to icai will be acceptable or not. there is no issue in statement of marks attest by ca. pls reply soon if possible
