Dear All, Is it Possible That CA firm can Complaint about any Article Assistant on the basis that Form of their Firm is not Submitted to Institute even after getting Signature from Partner and Left that firm and joined the new Firm the signed Form is cancelled and posted now they are like saying we haven't Received Ur Cancelled form so we don't Receive it we will Complain to institute is it Possible they can do on such basis..??

Hello sir can you please advice me in form 108, it is written in the note that if there is a delay of upto 30 days in filling the form then a fee of 100 will be levied and condonation letter will also be required. I wanna ask from which day this 30 day will be counted. my Articleship completed on 21/08/2016 but due to 26 days more leave, I am working till now. please suggest.

i recently purchased farooq sir's dvd for dt & idt , bt not able to play them, i tried all possibble ways but all in vain.
their office staff says ki our dvds are error free. i've changed my cpu's dvd writer also & computer repairers whom i've shown my p.c they aren't able to detect the problem, my views are getting wasted by trying & trying.
