my freind he is in 2 nd year of articeship now. He wanted to do his rest of articleship in DUBAI. What is the conditions inorder to get tranfer??? Is transferee branch should have a branch in india?? please help me out sir

Firstly there must be a proper and valid reason for transfer of articles, coz concent of both ICAI and ur principal is necessary for that. U must ask both of them first. Secondly, as per me U can't take transfer, coz there must b differences in taxes and laws of both the country. So if u r registered in India so U cant' practice for training of the same course outside the country. Well, u may also wait for other experts valuable feedback.
