is it covered under general permission of Private tutorship???

On 23rd Oct 2012 , & I have received a call from The Exam Dept Of ICAI saying that I have passed both the groups I appeared In May 2012 through rechecking I had applied for ... the IPCC exams are about to start on 2nd Nov '12 ... how do i cross check the information its really very very urgent please revert

I have given two attempts and 1 incomplete attempt for ICWA inter but could not clear it...I am confuse about about what would be my next step..I am also doing MBA and i will take finance..I have heard many people saying that good jobs are for those who complete in one attempt,,sir please help me out..should i quit and look for CIMA or CFA..Is it so tough to get job for those who complete in number of attempts,,Do you have any personal experience..any of your friends has gone through this phase,,

i want to know, whether there are 2 different conditions out of which any one can be fullfilled or these both condition should be together (i.e. compulsory acquisition + approved by CG/RBI).

may i also know any case law where consideration is approved by RBI/ CG.

I have joined my articles at a c.a in a firm, where there are only tax audits and bank audits and NO INTERNAL AUDITS...my friends say not to continue articles there as there are no internal audits. Should i take transfer to a firm having internal audits?
