23 October 2012 u/s 10(37) it is written that
"such transfer is by way of compulsory acquisition under any law, or a transfer the consideration for which is determined or approved by CG or RBI"

i want to know, whether there are 2 different conditions out of which any one can be fullfilled or these both condition should be together (i.e. compulsory acquisition + approved by CG/RBI).

may i also know any case law where consideration is approved by RBI/ CG.

23 October 2012 EIther one of the conditions has to be fulfilled.

Consideration is approved by RBI or CG when the land is taken over by armed forces, navy, etc.
