I am searching for good books of CA Final for self-study purpose.

Please Help!

In a private company, we have appointed Mr. A on 30.08.2011 as an additional director but in the AGM held on 30.09.2011 we missed to appoitment him as director.

Now we have to appoint him as director in this year AGM i.e. 29.09.2012.

Do i have to pay additional fees for filing form 32 or should i file back dated resolution dated 30.09.2011 for his appointment????

Dear all,
ICAI (Institute Of Cost Accountants of India) grant exemption from CWA-Foundation for those who passsed CPT from ICAI (Institute Of Chartered Accountants of India.
But ICAI (Institute Of Chartered Accountants of India allows its students to do only one other course with CA.
But most of the students passing CPT or even IPCC are under graduate then how will they go for CWA on the basis of above exemption?

CA course can do from abroad through Direct Entry Scheme.

In this case articleship how will continue in abroad, what is the procedures.

Suppose we can do partially in Abroad and partially in India, What is the rules.

Kindly give the information.

i have doubt regarding service tax

for example:

1st year turnover=9.5l
in first year service tax registered

2nd year turn over=12 lakhs
3rd year turn over=5 lakhs (below limit)
4th year turn over=13lakhs

here 4th year wheter service tax liability on 13 lakhs?
whether service tax registration compulsory for service provided companies?(below limit)

I am preparing for ca final . please guide me properly which type of preparation i have to do? i have to refer only module & practice manual or reference books also & if reference book then please tell me which regerence book required for all subject.

I have cleared IPCC from English medium, now I want to change my medium english to hindi because I got many problem for preparation of exam. I failed twice than after get into Ca final. I was very good Student. when I was from Hindi Medium at my school time, I never get less than 85% in any Class.I think the reason for my unsuccess in English Medium.

Please suggest me I am not sure what should I do at this stage.

i joined in articleship in september 2012,
ididnt like the firm because it doesnot had any work,
just 1or 2 stock audits per week,
so, iwant to take transfer of my articleship,
can i take transfer before 1st 6months of my articleship or i have to wait to untill i compleat my first 6months of my articleship.?
shall i have to take permison from my auditor to take transfer??
