WHTHER SALARY CLASS PEOPLE CAN PAY ADVANCE TAX INSTEAD OF TDS DEDUCTION, IN CASE THERE TAX LIABLITY EXCEEDS 10000RS OR MORE?

Dear friends,

I have registered in July 2012 for B.com (A&F) Ignou. I have not got the study material for 3 subjects and for another three i got the same by post.
I have telephoned to Blr Regional Centre several times and even sent mails. Even after 6 months, i have not got.
I am not able to download in ignou website though i have registered (as per website details)
can anybody please upload the study material for Eco13, AED1 and BEGE104?
Pls. treat this as my urgent request...

Hello sir, i am an ipcc student i enrolled for itt training and i am told by institute that they will inform me when i get or alloted a seat for itt.course. How long do i habe to wait normally? Without this itt i cant join articleship... Na ghar ka na ghaat ka...
